Structured pipelines
Innovation programs used stage-gate processes to organize idea generation, evaluation, funding, development, and commercialization. Communities and ecosystems supported more than 1,000 startup and innovation projects.
Events as development tools
Innovation forums, venture forums, commercialization reactors, investment sessions, workshops, ideation sessions, roadshows, and other formats were used to connect projects with expertise, partners, funding, and implementation opportunities.
Multi-stakeholder collaboration
Work has involved governments, universities, venture funds, enterprises, NGOs, industry stakeholders, and international organizations. The experience includes both program design and practical delivery.
